Moana and Luana, Two Inseparable Pomeranians

Following the cats, we received a commission for two dogs. The client wanted the pose kept exactly as in the photo, painted on a larger F10 canvas panel. They asked for a bright, lively atmosphere in yellows and oranges, with pink worked in as well. With cherry blossom season approaching, we proposed a composition of the two dogs gazing up at the blossoms. With a chill still in the air, it is a piece made for slow moments spent at home, looking up at the panel on the wall.
