Delivery Time
All of our products are made to order.
After payment is confirmed, production and shipping preparation are normally completed within 10 days.
Once shipped, delivery within Japan takes approximately 5 days. (Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's circumstances, weather conditions, and other factors. International delivery times vary by destination.)

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer-related reasons — such as "the size does not fit," "it looks different from what I imagined," or "I placed the wrong order."
We take every care to ensure the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that your item is defective (e.g., torn, misaligned printing) or you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or a refund at our own expense.
